In Texas, more than 250,000 children are being raised by grandparents, relatives, and close family friends after unexpected life changes such as illness, incarceration, or family separation. Many caregivers step into this responsibility quickly and without the support they expected, yet they continue showing up every day for the children in their care.
At Thriving Kinship Inc., families do not have to walk this journey alone. We provide essential resources like food, clothing, diapers, school supplies, and hygiene items while also helping caregivers connect to healthcare services, public benefits, emergency assistance, and educational opportunities that strengthen family stability.
When caregivers are supported, children feel secure, and families grow stronger. That is why our work focuses on ensuring kinship families have access to resources, encouragement, and community support as they continue to move forward with confidence.

Thriving Kinship Inc. is proud to host the 2nd Annual Prom Send-Off — Epiphany: Revealing the Jewel In You, a special celebration honoring the confidence, achievements, and milestone moments of our scholars.
This event is designed to uplift and celebrate students who are preparing for prom while recognizing the strength of youth raised by grandparents, kinship caregivers, and single parents.
We invite eligible scholars and families to register and join us for an afternoon of encouragement, celebration, and community.

Thriving Kinship Inc. proudly presents Epiphany: Revealing The Jewel In You—our annual Prom Send-Off experience supporting Dallas–Fort Worth students in 6th, 8th, and 12th grade.
This program helps ensure that youth who may face financial barriers can participate in prom-related milestones with confidence, dignity, and pride.

Monetary sponsorships
In-kind donations, including prom dresses, suits, shoes, accessories, and gift cards

Each month, Thriving Kinship Inc. provides nutritious food and essential items to grandparents, kinship caregivers, and older adults in our community who are caring for children and supporting their families. These distributions help caregivers meet everyday needs while staying connected to a network of support that understands their journey.
Through our community distributions, families receive practical resources they can rely on and encouragement that reminds them they are not alone.
